I DARED To Fight My
Eating Disorder
- And Won

Dear Reader,

If you are currently suffering from an eating disorder, this may be the most important letter you ever read, because I want to share with you how I beat my eating disorder - and how you can too.

For 6 long years, I battled with anorexia and bulimia, constantly abusing my body, destroying my self-respect. Depression and self-hatred were a regular part of my life. For anyone who has never experienced this devastating disease, they can never know what this is like.

During my disorder, I felt so alone and helpless. I didn't feel like there was anyone out there to talk to, to support me, and to give me hope for the future.

And yet, I was able to recover... I discovered something amazing, that made all the difference, that turned me from a frustrated, depressed, helpless and hopeless young woman into someone that is full of life and beauty, full of hope, appreciation and PURPOSE.

Now, it is my life's mission to help other women - no matter how long you have been struggling with your eating disorder - to recover, to start enjoying your life again, to rid yourself once and for all of your eating disorder.

Want To Know
How I Recovered?

...Because I want to share it with you. I want to send you my story, taken from my book, You Are Not Alone, a compilation of my story and the tales of 34 other women who dared to fight against their eating disorders and win.

And it's FREE to download. Simply fill out the box below and I will e-mail you a "PDF" of the document immediately.

Andrea Roe
Recovered Eating Disorder Sufferer &
Author, You Are Not Alone

PS. As well, when you sign up to receive the free chapter for my book, I will also add you to my You Are Not Alone Support Letter mailing list. Every month, I send out a special letter filled with inspirations, useful tips, helpful information, personal recovery stories and poems, and much much more. Here's what my current readers are saying about it:

"The You Are Not Alone Support letter, and Andrea...the one behind it all are truly a blessing that has come into my life. She has put so much into this work which doesn't stop at that. Her generosity, knowledge and personal support and encouragement has helped me through tough times since I found this site. I can personally attest to the fact that she does care and wants all of US to recover and will lend a hand, advice and a shoulder when times are tough. Thank you Andrea for all your time, effort, knowledge and support you continue to give to touch others. You have truly touched and helped me during my recovery."

- Emily B. from Knoxville TN, has battled anorexia for 9 years.

"This online newsletter is the richest in content that I have ever subscribed to. The author, Andrea Roe, is personally invested in the lives of everyone who chooses to share their story with her! Recovery is possible."

- Angela Cononie from Pennsylvania, USA, struggled with bulimia, anxiety, and depression and is in strong recovery.

"I really do enjoy the Support Letter. I recommended it to my nutritionist because I think so much of the information and tips are extremely helpful and I hope that she will be able to pass on some of your compassion and information to others with eating disorders (she works at the Renfrew Center in CT).

My favorite parts of the newsletter are the tips sections (how to survive the holidays), the inspirational quotes, the thoughts by celebrities (because for me the media plays a large part of my body image issues & anorexia), and the personal story. I think the whole newsletter is extremely well put together - the history information is pretty cool to read about and putting a different personal story in each newsletter is inspiring.

I just wanted to say that I am grateful for all your hard work in putting this newsletter together. It gives me the extra hope to continue to heal."

- Elissa, 25, struggled with anorexia, depression, and anxiety for about 12 years.

"I want to THANK you for taking the time, energy and love to put together such a positive and healing newsletter. I have been reading the first two newsletters and have been blessed by them!"

- Angela T. from New Jersey, USA, struggling with anorexia.

"Thanks for the great January edition, Andrea! I especially liked the photo retouching segment (so surprising!) and really, really like your piece on the possibility of full recovery. When I first started recovery I looked and looked for someone to say that...I'm glad you're putting it out there."

- Ashley from the States.
